Andrea Foster
Meredith Spirit & Energy Emulating the attributes of the late Meredith Hagan, this athlete is a positive influence on all members both at workouts and races. They posses a vigorous, courageous and optimistic attitude. Their smile and friendly nature makes them a natural team builder and they help out whenever they can.
Andrea is always high-fiving and giving lots of positive vibes/ cheers for her fellow team mates on and off the course. She is the definition of Positive Energy.
Many goals were crushed in her 2024 training year; her first half marathon at the Chilly, first Olympic distance tri in Gravenhurst, first 3.8 swim, and her first 100km ride!!!!!! She is always training hard and has the goal of crushing IM 70.3 in 2025.
